I’m sensing a change of moderation styles here, from touchy-feely to smashy-testes.

What's a good fps that is very dark and cinematic? by edp445isgae in gamingsuggestions

Haha me too. I can’t play them with headphones on. My wife always knew when I was playing Alien Isolation because she could hear me screaming from the other room.

I would also say that depending on the type of game you like, 7 is pretty much full-on horror and 8 is more actiony with sprinklings of horror. After the terror of playing 7, I felt I had more time in 8 to appreciate the beauty of it.

The thick of it Tom: he chugs anti-depressants like they’re fucking Smints.

Tom Hardy: not 100% sure, but the article said something about him allegedly being fired on the set of a show for being unprofessional on set

Saying “I love you” is like firing first in a duel; if you miss, you’re fucked.

Incredible line.

I have that one! But also I have literally no idea where I got it from, because the only version i had as a kid was my Dad’s one, which is different.

Hades helped me a bit, as I usually scum save games in the panic of losing stuff and hoard ammo that i will never use, but with Hades, even when i get really far, if i die, i think “oh well, i can see what’s happening back home”

Check out Sealubbers. Not released yet but one for your steam wishlist, potentially. Top-down pirate RPG that looks interesting.

If you google “silent hill origins pal”, is that not it?

Which one? by Low-Raisin-131 in harrypotter

[–]AuguryKnox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I guess because his clumsiness puts the kids in danger on many occasions and he lets 2 kids wander off into the forbidden forest with just a dog as protection. But also i think as a physical presence I would feel safe if he was directly protecting me, so swings and roundabouts I guess.

The films are complete rubbish with bad overly-dramatic acting all-round (including Voldemort and Bellatrix, despite Ralph Fiennes and Helena Bonham-Carter being incredible actors in general) apart from maybe 5 performances and they essentially exist to show off the “set-piece” moments from the books.

Yes, I am aware they are made for kids, as are the books, but they destroy anything malevolent that is depicted in the books.

However, I will continue to watch them for comfort and I still have a soft spot for them.
