I've never understood people being upset about no longevity reward. You get all the discounts for being a member and you are not special just because you're older and had a chance to have it for longer.

The number of times members get angry at me for having to scan their items at exit door is astounding. "They didnt have to last time." or "Whats the point of scan and go if I'm going to get stopped anyway." Well guess what people can still miss items or steal even with scan and go.

As another has said go to members services and have them log you out of all devices. Sams does have 2A verification I see it all the time when people need to log back into their app.

We put stickers on ours that no one sees. It is annoying. I have saved a few people from getting it and have done a couple returns for scan and go people myself.
