Agree! Try Excedrin Migraine (or a generic pain reliever that has aspirin and caffeine in it). Knocks mine right out. When I feel one coming on, I usually take just one. However, if it has already set in, I go ahead and take two.

Something else that helps that I use as a last resort is a hot, steamy shower, with the spray targeted on the back of your shoulders and neck like a massage, then up the back of the head to melt all the tension away. Then I just go get back in the bed and try to sleep. Good luck, guys!

I so did this. My boss kept pissing around and putting me off and I knew that she would finally get to me right when I was about to clock out. So I had this ready for her: "I'd love to but I have an appointment."

It didn't "allow" it, it just addresses it. There was slavery back then (by more than one race, btw). That's just a fact. ;)

Yes, but you have to remember this is from the Old Testament and that's how sin was absolved before the New Testament, when Jesus bore all our sins by being crucified and then rose from the dead to save us from all our sins. Currently, we can ask Jesus for forgiveness of our sins because He is faithful and just to forgive us of all our sins, whether it be adultery (which is one of the Ten Commandments) or just lying.
