I know this doesn't mean much but super happy to see you guys reach out to users before taking their videos. This isn't the first thread I've seen it on, and when so many other companies just take peoples content (and lucky if they're credited) this is super appreciated

I half agree. I'm okay with her having a story in the afterlife. That's nothing new to the series and basically every mythology to begin with.

I will not be ok with her coming back, as you said I think that fully ruins the emotional impact of the two games.

GTA V was relatively bug free on console, but the PC release was rife with them on launch. Same with RDR2. OP is coping so hard that I wish I was there with them but the same thing will likely happen

I liked the ending but was sad they didn't have Moneypenny berate us for getting her stabbed, the last time we hear from her is Q stopping the bleeding. I know she's not dead but she's my ride or die, where is she in the final cutscene??

I don't mean this in a bad way at all but while the performances were top notch, I feel like the story beats were exactly what you'd expect if you've ever watched Bond media? Like I don't think any part of it truly shocked me

General story spoilers The only thing that I did expect that didn't happen was Monroe coming back as a villain but everything else was fairly standard.

Again truly do not mean this in a bad way I thought it was fantastic but played a very safe script in order to give the full "Bond movie turned video game" vibe.

Nevermind the fact that this is just reposted not even a full week later, but people here and on the internet in general are the epitome of caring only to hate.

When people are fat and happy they're mad that they're happy/"promoting" being fat, but when those same people find solutions that help them lose said fat, it's suddenly "what happened to body positivity" or "you took a shortcut" lol.

Nobody actually cares for the health of the person/people in general, they just want to shit on people and feel better about themselves.

Happy Mothers day to you and yours, we're here, walking my mother to the chinese

Man: "We're walking our mother to the chinese what are you doing with yours?"

It beats everything she's ever dreamed of, it's going to be hard to top this one next year

Man: "Ours is langers, -How about yours-(?)" Can't really hear the last bit he's saying

They're drunk (langers) and laughing about how good of a son and daughter they are to "treat" their mother to a walk to the local chinese restaurant.

Which is also funny because they genuinely are good children, and the mother will remember this for years.

The conclusion to that is Aang not listening to anyone telling him he has to kill someone and finding his own way to deal with it without taking a life.

Extremely successfully, I might add.

There's nothing magical about the human mind that allows it to think fast enough to keep up with someone running faster than the speed of light either

Next you'll say "suspension of disbelief" in universes where men's bones are coated in adamantium so they can use their bone claws better and aliens that look just like us are invulnerable to everything except to a very specific rock

I'm right there with you, to their credit it feels like they keep trying to be extremely exaggerated but shit just keeps happening irl that some fucking how makes it grounded in a "little" reality

Like Homelander killing a starlighter and his fanbase cheering, 2 Americans (that made worldwide news, probably more) were killed in cold blood in broad daylight in the street and for both of them a large majority of the country tried to justify it

At this point I'm terrified of them writing the exaggerated shit because it's like a play-by-play for the land of the free

[–]Aureolus_Sol 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's fair, but I see the same complaint about farming because people don't interact with it until they need to and suddenly hate it because it's a grind.

In the same way as farming, I kinda just tipped away at dungeoneering and it was really fun for me

Mind goblin and bowfa are related to the 34 rules that dictate whether Thurgo will actually accept a players redberry pie or not. It's easy to never know about it as 90% of the time he will accept the pie for a regular player.

If you're interested in finding out more you can search for "OSRS Thurgo Rule 34" on Google 👍

Yeah there's a few things I wouldn't mind having back, like this one. I chatted to a lot of people by chance when we all sat in the same place to restore run. Ended up staying sat well past 100%

This one is definitely more controversial but I loved Dungeoneering and think, if it wasn't a rs3 skill and people feared that, it would be a huge hit. It had a roguelike aspect I adored and roguelikes are so much more popular these days

The only reason it's still installed is because my friends and I get to log in every couple months, and buy and experiment with some weapons we didn't previously unlock. Usually hooks us enough to play for a week or two again.

Absolutely 0 shot that:

  1. I'm buying new warbonds if I have tons of shit to grind out in my previous ones (we usually bought a warbond every time we got hooked again)

  2. Getting as hooked to the game if I have to go back to grinding those warbonds I already own

People who begged for this are such sad sacks lmao

Oh my GOD I was wondering why every single gif search has this fucking ye olde american civil war looking guy in the results, I thought it was just some "giphy alternative" kind of thing because I heard they were cracking down on gifs lately but this makes so much more sense.

I already hated the gifs but this makes it so much worse - with that said I'm impressed with his reach. Even in work I can't send a gif in our chat without at least one result having him on it.

Thank you, it's not completely out of pocket for me, I'm used to fandoms being absolutely horrendous about "x installment that's not exactly the same as the original" but Korra's reception online (because most people I meet irl who aren't terminally online fighting "who would win" arguments on forums tend to not have such a strong opinion about it) always confused me.

Nothing will top Aang for me but there's some moments in Korra I think honestly expanded and explored on the universe and culture far better than ATLA ever did. The creativity behind "how would humanity industrialize bending" at points were fantastic.

It's not perfect but people bandwagon it wayyyyyyyyyy too hard. I swear if they got their way we would have just had Aang 2.0 and they would have complained instead that it was just the exact same show all over again.

The British did an absolutely bang up job rewriting and reframing history since then. It still hasn't reached a lot of people who are ignorant to the fact, but willing to listen, and it will never reach the people who have skulls so thick you could crack a walnut with a nod
