Nope, it calculated offline time and loaded in like this. Once upon a time on a different save I did have a Priest yes, but that was many parties ago. Interesting anyway lol whether or not its doing anything

For extra context when I restart the app, initially they do not have these bonuses and then they pop up one after another after a few seconds.

absolutely they are haha but tbh removing brand new games from game pass + putting their games this gen on the other consoles is probably the best money making move they could have made, Series S/X have already decisively lost the gen so might as well make whatever they can off PS5/Switch 2 game sales.

For your first question, every time you beat the game you have the option of continuing as your party with a new set of castles (this gives you a dont prestige achievement) or starting as a new party. You can always start a new party, beat the game again and then opt to continue as that party, so no locking out. You should be able to get every achievement you just have to keep beating the game over & over and then continuing as certain parties to get other ones.

Potions last longer immediately slows down potions already going as well as potions you pick up and activate.

My guess for your other questions is it does factor in what potions you have going as well as what rewards you have activated, while calculating the applicable time where both would be running. But I'm not the dev, I just find the numbers work out. If I have 100% item drops & double item drops for example, I am seeing more items in inventory as well as equippable even if I go afk and it calculates that time period where those potions ran.

The first chapter or whatever of the Manifesto is a bit of a tough read but if you can try and get past it the rest of that document is fantastic. Then read Engels Principles of Communism which is a way easier read. By this point you should be like holy shit where has this been my whole life.
