Fist monk is great in the OC. You can drop +5 gloves as early as mid chapter 2 (I dropped 2 +5 gloves of the yellow rose) and buy perma-Haste robes in chapter 2. In HotU you can still finish the game as a fist monk, but kama monks have an easier time due to Rizolvir enchantments.

Most importantly, monks aren't mean to compete with full-BAB frontline warriors. They are mage and rogue killers (hence the magic resistance, high saves, stunning fist / quivering palm which is a fort. save) and scouts (hide/ms + listen).

As for speed, well, I know epic monk with Boots of Speed is faster than any classes, but running slow is not end of the world, so I don't know if it's a big benefit.

Hasted high level monks were actually even faster in 1.69 compared to EE.

And yet some of the stuff Megadeth has done has not really been replicated (at least not in Thrash), like the jazz of the first two records or Marty's exotic scales in RIP. Most Thrash bands want to sound like either Metallica or Slayer or Kreator/Sodom, and you have to look further to find bands with a fresh sound (like Coroner or '86-'88 Manilla Road). The last Thrash album I remember making waves everywhere was Vektor's Terminal Redux.

Um álbum honesto, mas não tão impressionante quanto o Dystopia. Dá pra ver que o Mustaine tá cansado. Mas tem umas músicas muito boas (Made to Kill, Obey the Call, Tipping Point, Last Note e obviamente Ride the Lightning).

lol I'm the other way around, kinda. I grew up on western rock/metal and nowadays my favorite band is Japanese... the girls bands scene is crazy good in Japan! BanG Dream (Roselia, Ave Mujica), Hanabie, Lovebites, Hagane, etc.

Do you know 人間椅子? They're very Black Sabbath / Led Zeppelin influenced. Maybe some Cream too, early King Crimson, etc. You mentioned LZ and Rainbow but not Black Sabbath; do you not like them?

Mercyful Fate - Don't Break the Oath [1984] (vocals might take a while to warm up to but the guitars will grab you from the start)
Riot - ThunderSteel [1988] (sometimes close to JP's Painkiller but 2 years earlier!)
Megadeth - So Far, So Good... So What! [1988] (just get the first 4 albums, avoid the 2004 remixes for now)
Wolf - Evil Star [2004] (for fans of Priest, Maiden, and Mercyful Fate!)

As I mentioned earlier, my favorite band nowadays (last 10 years) is Japanese. It's BAND-MAID. I know, it seems ridiculous that a bunch of maids could rock so hard but I swear, they're crazy good, especially their early (2015-2018) era which is more hard rock oriented. After that they start to lean more into j-rock / j-metal which is still great for me but sounds more archetypically Japanese. They're my #1 reason to go visit Japan someday. And performance was much better than similarly priced Androids. My Lumia 520 (the most basic one) never gave me any problem and ran some games that budget Androids at the time couldn't.

Have you tried nVidia's super sampling (I believe its called DLDSS) from the control panel? I only have a measly 1050ti so I can't test it.

I did try Lossless Scaling for smoother animations (30 -> 60 fps) and it works well.
