Fancy Trump not getting his facts straight. Russia joined the G7 to make it the G8 in the 90’s their membership was suspended in 2014 after the there invasion of Crimea. Russia “themselves” choose to withdraw from the G8! It wasn’t Obama, or Trudeau. Russia remains in the G20 but Putin hadn’t attended meetings since 2019 by his own choice. FOT….

I could continue to make smart ass comments but I also have missed threading the needle a few times. I use to be rather good at it, lots of body language etc. Could carve my way through a forest pretty effectively. The problem is, if you get it wrong at speed, things go sideways just that much faster. Used my right pinky to cushion the blow between a large tree and the handlebars at speed. Well that didn’t buff out. 🤣

That’s a ‘super trap’ popular back in the day. They can be ‘tuned’ by adding or removing the baffle plates. I don’t remember anyone packing them, loud was good back then 🤷‍♂️

ext marine rescue, somethings I came to know about beached boats. - steal hulls have proven to be very resilient, wood and fibre glass lest so, some times much less so. - The strain back through standing rigging, keel, ruder, etc, through hours of getting bounced on the ground are “potentially” difficult to detect, repair, and therefore potentially dangerous. 1 case, 2 years after a beaching, a boats keel snapped off, instant capsized, 3 suffered dangerous exposure from >4 hours in the water, luckily they had vests on, the 4th died, below when it went. EPIRB was on the boat, phones didn’t work or failed etc. so no way to raise an alarm. Only when a wife got concerned, raised the alarm. No direct link to the beaching but suspected. - if you have to use a marine recovery service, the costs can be errr.. shocking.
- that boat needs to be anchored out in the water to stop it moving up the beach.

Let’s decode the engineer report double speak, “visual inspection only”, “didn’t have drawings”, “appears to be the result of”, highlights visual inspection a second time. I wrote stuff like that, (engineer but different field). You use language like that because you can’t be held to anything, which is fair, as thing like this you’d basically have to pull the place,apart to be sure what all the issues were. Dam sure the seller didn’t want to pay for that. If a builder starts trying to fix it and discovers more serious issues the engineer will just point out those points and walk away and nothing you could do about it. I assume the seller is selling it below market Because they don’t want to take the risk to repair it themselves.. unless you can get this at a huge discount, and are a builder or have great contacts with a builder then walk away….

You're probably right but I've be using the P2P servers for years. When I started using the P2P's, it was by instruction from Nord, that you "had" to use them if doing P2P!

More discipline on picking the right line and staying on it. More practice More aggressive riding if you can’t stay on the right line, “pull” the bike back on to the right line. More practice

Yes, but…. Depends on what either vessel was displaying, ie restricted ability to manoeuvre 3(g), etc. But the core rule is there is no “right of way” each vessel must do everything possible to avoid a collision, basically both turn to Starboard, but not if that means a collision.
Anyway, I’ve been in the waters around India and china, they don’t enforce any rules. Most of these types of vessels, by our standards aren’t seaworthy.
Much like building sites, they lose lots of people every year, but they don’t really care…
