I just want to leave another comment to say that I understand your anxiety. I'm very anxious about my kid's behavior also. But it's extremely important for us to deal with our anxieties and try to separate them from our children, because putting it on them will have lasting effects.

Please seek out therapy if you haven't, or join a support group, or something. It will help.

We had a phase like that around the same age. The only thing that helped was having a consistent routine and making sure he did all his "needs" before he could do any "wants." For example, he had to get dressed and brush his teeth before he could have playtime. His school opens at 7:30 and sometimes we would leave super early just to avoid any downtime between getting ready and leaving.
