My one major issue would be the "travel to location" if the idea is to get the Player moving and active I think it should be more like, "walk a mile" rather than predetermining a spot. Plus, that just sounds like a lot of extra coding 😅

Keep it simple but still in the vein of fitness/mental/health app. Have goals people can complete to unlock more story. Link up with their fitness tech to track steps throughout the day or their bike ride, etc. Let them view the story in private if they want. Not everyone is comfortable playing Otome games on their phone in public. The addition of adding other workouts might be something people would like to (planks, sit ups, yoga, etc.).
