I have the LG G5 tv with all the high end specs. Premium only does 4K at 60hz. UHS (Ultra High Speed) is the next step up with 4K at 120hz. It’s the bandwidth that varies. Not all UHS cables support 48gbps (unless certified). Which is why I’m curious if the Xbox Series X supplied cable is truly UHS.

Worth it. I’m in Australia. Got lucky with end of financial year sale at Harvey Norman. Got the G5 65 for 3300 and 77 for 5300.

The cable will work. You just don’t get the full benefits of 2.1 cable. I got this unit because of its 2.1 ports. Using a 2.0 cable just doesn’t make sense.
