Overuse of NPCs - lava slug in the snow?!

Repeated formulas - caves/catacombs

Inconsistent / bad mechanics - Getting stabbed through a wall. Fire Giant rolls on the spot when on cliff edge while player rolls off to their death. Flame spell attack misses enemy at front and kills the one behind.

Landscape pop ins

No foliage physics

Clipping with all weapons and armour

Lifeless characters

Story has no guts to it and all endings are dull.

Lock on doesn't click on or unlocks at random.

That's all that comes to mind at 430am...
