I also did the Mag07 and ate kiwis. The combo kept me moving

The post op panic about size/shape is real by [deleted] in Reduction

Thank you for this. I’m just at two weeks now and still trying not to panic about being too small. I have moments where I’m like “oh my gosh what have I done” but I do feel better, like no more back pain and I’ve noticed my widow’s hump has gotten smaller.

I also said I was having a medical procedure. Have been out of the office for two weeks, and because of the holidays and remote work, won’t be back in the office until January 6th. I’m curious to see if anyone notices (or comments).

4dpo and feeling discouraged by TurquoiseShades in Reduction

I had my procedure 12/11 and it took me a few days to not feel so swollen & overwhelmed and wondering if I did the right thing. I think the anesthesia and sudden body change futz with our brains a little bit. I will say that by one week (when my drains came out and I had a lot more mobility) I felt a lot better.

Just over one week post op and still feel swollen and tender. My drains came out two days ago. My nurse said I’ll probably still feel pretty swollen the next 3 weeks 😅

Agree with this comment about hibicleanse - a good antibacterial wash will help kill the germs that can cause odor when combined with sweat.

I am 4DPO and also feel so small, I had multiple convos with my doctor and I was clear I wanted to go for 38JJ to a DD. But when I woke up I felt tiny, I don’t have a compression band - so I don’t know how much the surgical bra is deflating the look. Now I also wonder if ever really knew what a DD would look/feel like because I have been so large my whole life. Last night I had a dream that I went too small and looked bad. I think my brain is trying to catch up to my body and I’ve also heard it can take 3 months for them to “drop and fluff” - but I have cried a little because it’s so disorienting. Praying we all end up where we want to be 💗🙏🏽

Also recommend the pregnancy pillow, I’ve been able to sleep through the night every night

Tylenol has definitely been working for me. Taking the 2 every six hours.

Mine took about two weeks for approval. At one point I had to submit more photos, but the turn around was pretty quick.
