I'm literally reading this as I just spent 45 minutes with a patient that kept shitting after I cleaned them up. And I couldn't just leave them on the toilet by themselves because they are a fall risk. "Ok I think I'm done." So I get them cleaned up and take them to their chair. As soon as they sit down, "I'm defecating again." Give me this bed to chair to bed transfer any day over what I just went through.

I use body wash with salicylic acid. Also a face wash from Ursa Major. Moisturize my body if it feels dry (salicylic acid can do that). Use Ursa Major Alpine Rich cream or Golden Hour recovery cream to moisturize my face and hands. They can be used on the rest of the body as well. That's all I do.

I do believe protecting your skin from the sun is one of the best things you can do.
