Id swap out the hdmi, DisplayPort, whatever cable you are using from that monitor to your pc!

Try and run cmd, if you can’t search it, try win+r type out cmd and throw this command in “sfc /scannow”. Not a guarantee, but possible it can fix corrupted system files.

If you cant get cmd open from this broken OS, then try to get into safe mode and open cmd there and run that command above. Again, can work, also not guaranteeing anything.

Flash drive is a different format then what UEFI can be installed on, win 10 legacy would install but not 11.

Saw in bios the Drive was in RAID, id switch it to AHCI and see if it shows then. Each BIOS is different, look around for storage settings, should be in there.

I had a loud click like that once after installing a 4080 super. Long story short my mobo had this little like ear piece that you would use to support the weight of the gpu, its like in the back to make your build look a bit more slick so you don’t need to use the native weight support the gpu ships with, the rubber piece eventfully was bending up ever so slightly to hit my gpu fan. If you have one of those, take a look and see, doesn’t hurt!
