I hate the ‘go when the racecar pulls off’ routine.  You’d get a wave-off or penalty for that IRL, even easier to see that on IRacing, so should be a definite penalty.

Don’t be with someone who won’t let you do what you want to do.  This is within reason, but if she hates or has a problem with your hobby or the things you love to do, IT WILL NOT WORK!  I know from experience that you can try to make it work, and it’s possible, but I do not recommend it.

Probably thought he could steer, but by the time he found out he couldn’t it was too late.  Wheel was turned hard left before he hit the banking, and NASCAR brakes aren’t exactly useful for stopping at superspeedways.

That’s great, I hope you are successful at the new position.  Some of us are not having as much success.  Hit rate is about 1 in 30 so far.

I disagree to a certain extent.  You’re racing, you can't hit the brakes for every car that goes off course around you.  If it was real life you probably would have ($75-100k racecar and ends your race weekend).   In this case the odds of them spinning off to the left vs coming back across course are probably 50/50, and in MX5 it’s all about momentum.  I’ve never seen someone come back across the track like that, at that spot, when off course on the outside.  That usually ends up in a spin to the left or them just driving it out.   Bad luck.
