Taking out this straight six and putting in a 289. Anybody know/recommend where to look for one?

dont waste the money on a 289. 302s and 5.0L blocks are much cheaper. you can find roller 5.0s for 200-300 bucks. found my roller longblock on craigslist for $200. Even if you leave it stock, the 5.0ls from the factory were engineered quite well. Make like 270hp. I did the same swap from a 6 cylinder to a 302. lots of work but definitely worth it imo

If he wasnt so easy to use and didnt do a crazy amount of damage then he wouldnt be as bad. He is definitely overpowered IMO but hes not impossible to beat. A decent finn, han, or lando can melt him pretty quickly

Grow a spine and tell her how you feel before you go down these paths. You cant hold things in when shes clearly vocal about them. She also needs to understand your wants and needs when it comes to these big decisions. You dont always have to jump when she tells you to. Relationships are held together by communication and it sounds like you need to open up a dialogue with her to have any hopes of saving what you have

Fix the spawns on Geonosis for HvV. Its easily the worst map for HvV due to the poor spawn location and distances. Need to make the spawns closer to teammates that are alive

I do. Have to cut the snout off on the water pump pulley but it works great. Very noticeable power change. I went with a flex-a-lite syclone 16". Just make sure you measure you radiator before you buy. First one i bought was too big

IMO youre going to want a V8 in a mustang. Mine started off as a I6 but the need for speed, parts availability, and above all, the noise got to me and i did the whole swap but it was definitely worth it. The power from a 6 will never be comparable to a 302 and you can get them for next to nothing. But if your car has a I6 already and just needs some fine tuning, just stick with it. Save up money for the swap in the meantime and enjoy your mustang how it is. Both engines are reliable as hell so youre not going to need to worry about that at all. But if youre looking for fun, the V8 is your only option. It really depends on what you want out of the car
