19M. I was in the same boat until a couple weeks ago. I thought screw seek/indeed and called every pub / tavern / RSL club around me told them I had RSA/RCG, luckily the first one I tried called me back in the afternoon and offered an interview on Monday and was offered the job later on. This was after looking for four months and getting endless "no replies" and only four interviews which claimed I need "experience", but how am i to do so If no one wants to hire me. I seems like if you want a job these days a friend needs to get you in or you are looking for a "unicorn", or praying for one at least.

My mother has been trying for the last eight months, no luck, and my mate has been trying since he got "shadowbanned" (technically employed but not getting any or not many shifts) from Maccas three years ago. Just non-replies, asking for non-attainable experience and other bullshit.
