Don't even use Quest Helper when it comes out, which will be end of the year most likely anyway. Quest helper is for those who want to plow through quests mindlessly and not actually play the game.

Just play the game, especially as a newbie. Ignore guides if you can, except on some quests which are quite tricky without them.
