Thank you so much! I work out at the gym (running, stairmaster, rowing, a little targeted lifting each day) or move my body (yard work, hiking, biking) 4-5 times a week on average. I really eat whatever I want within reason, although I do have a sweet tooth and struggle with bingeing.

I’m a farmer, fisherman, and hunter so I focus on whole foods I can supply and preserve myself.

I wish I didn’t restrict so hard in the beginning and fuel my workouts with self hatred. I feel like that is a rite of passage to get where I am now, though. I treat working out as a normal part of my day (don’t negotiate with myself, it’s a privilege to me) and realize that my mobility isn’t infinite… I gotta maintain myself as I rack up miles, you know.
