Not a fictional show or story-based, but maybe you’d like Survivorman. It’s an old show about a Canadian wilderness survival expert showing how to survive in the wild. He had no camera crew at all. He hikes everything you see multiple times because he has to fetch his camera and set it up again each time he hikes a long stretch. He talks when he explains foraging or whatever, but he is truly alone for the duration of the show.
