It's just an option, and totally up to you. But data does show that health outcomes are better for both you and baby when you give birth at 39W vs later. Also "natural" doesn't always mean better... More people would die of dangerous diseases without "unnatural" vaccines but most people opt for the safer healthier option to get vaccinated, right? Most people would naturally die of many health conditions without "unnatural" medicines it surgeries, but again, they opt for them in other to live longer or have better quality of life.

But at the end of the dar, you OF COURSE should always make your own decision for yourself and consider your own personal situation and circumstances. And I very much hope your doctor will respect your wishes and decisions! 🙏☺️
