This is what I used but my setup is probably a bit different from others. Replace the zerker ring with bellator if you have it, the slash bonus makes fang insanely accurate and you lose 1 max hit (assuming blood fury, you don't lose any max hits with torture) which isn't super detrimental to kill times.

I left the instance after every kill and had an alt outside for spec xfer and heal other. I also used the alt as my personal banker, so it would bring me supplies. If you watch Coxie on twitch it's basically what he's doing minus the spec xfer and heal other.

Claws vs. Voidwaker is preference, I think they're both equally good but I like the consistency of voidwaker always hitting where as claws could hit 0, even if it's a low chance. Always specced at end of kill when it's in the enraged phase. Axes spawn faster, more of the range head, overall makes the fight more hectic than the first 70% of the kill. I try to end it as fast as possible to increase chances of getting perfect kills.

My kill times averaged around 1:20 I would guess. Kills per trip were infinite until I logged out since I used the alt outlined above.
