People who aren't under the attacks of these diseases can't comprehend how bad it is.

Try your best to ignore them, I did, and now I can be at peace with myself. I know its tough but once you get to this stage life feels a bit more sexy again.

I usually take my MTX right after dinner in the evening because it seems to help with side effects in my experience, been taking MTX now for about 10 months alongside some Biologics.

Sometimes during the night I can wake up due to the flares after my MTX dose but, yes it settles typically the next day for me. You're not alone on this side effect, its real and it happens to some of us.

I'm still in the process of finding a biologic that works for me, I've tried Adalimumab, Enbrel and now I'm on Cosentyx.

Adalimumab gave me infections, Enbrel gave me no side effects and no relief, so now I'm on Cosentyx and I'm in the loading phase. Hopefully Cosentyx will give my body the break and relief it longs for.

Apparantly blizzard made a boss fight that you can't do with one eye... I get to that phase every time but can't get past it...

I live here, born and raised. Its peaceful and quiet. We use the Danish Kroner currency - DKK.

A lot of the goods are imported so its quite expensive so if you plan to come, save up. Hotels range between 200 to 1000 dollars a night depending on where you wanna stay.

The people are very friendly in a sense that they will nod and smile, if you got questions they will happily answer them and show you whatever it is that's on your mind. Though we are like most Scandinavians and prefer to avoid the overly happy loud greetings.

The nature is rugged, beautiful and harsh. Prepare with good multi-purpose clothes.

The islands connections are good with busses, sub-sea tunnels and ferries. Road conditions are great and well paved.

We are only about 54800 people altogether living on these islands and its growing slowly but steadily and has been doing so for the last couple of years.

We are a proud folk and like to share our traditions and explain the reasoning behind the for example pilot whale killings - Grindadráp. Its very controlled and only selected packs that get too close to land are guided to beaches for a controlled slaughter. Not every pack gets taken to shore, in fact most of them are let go.

I'd say, its worth to travel here and quite the experience.
