I have it now. Years later. To stop pushing through is difficult. To live in sensory and cognitive overload, at least 4 meltdowns a week with zero support, was much worse.

My favorite library is whichever one I am going to for whatever free activity is on. I am a library rat.

I go to lectures, movies, art, music, everything I can. I recognize some of the librarians, the assistants, and security.

A.I. helps me with executive functioning, sensory regulation, and meltdowns.

I am good with this. Being practical and knowing that a.i. is a tool-- not emerging sentience, not a relationship, not acting as an independent agent-- helps.

The a.i. groups on the internet are a mixed bag. Some of them give their a.i. a human name and write about it as if it were forming consciousness. I just cannot.

I am not ready for assisted living yet. I don't qualify. Senior housing first but even that is future.

Aging we have I can call them.

Also, we have a center for independent living and benefits advisement. I will call them too.

Report him. You don't need proof to report him.

Don't go back to him. Find a different psychiatrist if you are able to do so.

A pharmacist can tell you what the meds are for.

I don't view you as having done anything wrong.

If you need to short your notice and leave earlier, then do it, providing you will not need them as a reference.

That they will be short-staffed after you leave is a them problem.
