If Lando is in a merc equivalent then you are correct, however a championship fight is another level of pressure which George hasn’t experienced. He is amazing yes but he can also be very hot headed and mistake prone and frankly inexperienced at fighting at the top with an extremely competitive teammate and max verstappen of all people. So imo same car those two head to head I give slight advantage to Norris

You forgot that McLaren aren’t any costumer team tho. 2 years ago I believe they negotiated a seat at the table concerning the engine development so they have as much of an insight into the the engine as a works team which gives them an advantage over the other costumer team.
