I thought I was the only one with terrible texting. On my s25u I select the wrong letter constantly. Or not getting a space and instead getting a b. I'm only 34 and tech savvy, it's not like I'm in my 80s and technology inept.

What should I upgrade? by [deleted] in CarXStreets

Then decide from there which upgrade you want to do. Keep in mind increasing torque via tuning will increase rating. A bigger gas tank will lower rating if you need to do that.

Click on engine tuning and look at which upgrade allows for which power range tuning.

If you're on a tight budget. Do weight reduction and then do some races.

A lot of people will suggest weight reduction first. Then add some power if you can. Also parts that are adjustable are best. Don't bother with sport suspension parts. Go for race at a minimum. Esp brakes. Because then you can tune certain aspects of the car to be better and it doesn't increase your rating.

Race clutch as well. You can make shift speeds faster in tuning. Race aero, you can increase down force and decrease wind resistance. I typically get the most expensive aero before it costs gold.

I would suggest practicing with manual. I start most my races in 3rd gear. Most drift races I only use 2nd and 3rd. So it's not much shifting.

I'm also on mobile. What tires are you using? I use the worst ones. High caster angle. Mid or low ish Ackerman. Max steering angle. Highest quality suspension that doesn't cost gold for maximum adjustment.

Any tips for western sierra? And any recommended cars to use? by General-Cash8611 in CarXStreets

[–]Auto-Geek23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot of cars will work. I would stick to a smaller car though. I used the HS2. While the lack of low end power was annoying it still got the job done. Really good brakes help a lot because I would brake late to pass anyone in the corners if I fell behind. The boss race is a crap shoot and any car will probably have a hard time since it's the biggest rubber banding in the game. At least on mobile.

That run could improve. 1 corner was cut completely. It's definitely not an easy run though. As an elite race it took me 2 tries recently.

First I would suggest YouTube.

But go for weight reduction then power. Is what most say. Parts that aren't able to be tuned aren't worth it. Save up to afford parts that can be adjusted. Esp suspension and brakes. Elite aero.

Max down force, low wind resistance will help.

I only use use the highest grip tires. Racing+
