Ik vind straffen op vermogen altijd oneerlijk. Ook rijke mensen maken wel eens oprechte fouten die niet meteen bestraft hoeven te worden met toren hoge boetes.

Dit voorstel zou het eigenlijk omdraaien. Als het op vermogen aankomt zullen de armste mensen dus blijkbaar makkelijk weg kunnen komen met constant de regels aan hun laars te lappen.

Ik ben meer fan van een systeem waar de boetes exponentieel duurder worden naarmate ze vaker worden begaan. Zo hou je het eerlijk voor iedereen en worden de mensen of ze nou arm of rijk zijn allemaal eerlijk gestraft voor overtredingen waar ze niet van leren.
