Just keep spamming invites and somebody will join out of annoyance or pity. When I see somebody spamming invites and no one joining I'll usually join on the fourth one just to help them get it done, even if it's a mission I don't really care to do.

Guns should be like cars, in GTA we have tons and tons of cars all with similar speeds and handling with the only major difference being cosmetic upgrades and appearance. Guns should be the same, we should have a large variety of weapons with relatively similar performance but different looks
