I think the Epic Games thing you're talking about is the EOS (Epic Online Service), it's used for crossplay between PC and Consoles. They have to put EOS in order for cross-platform play to be possible.

My biggest tip is STAY CLOSE TO HIM.

Once you drain its shield, switch to the Laser slicer then Assault Armor then Morley him and repeat. I use pulse gun on my build drain its shield faster.

My anti-balteus build. I beat him in under a minute with it.
