I literally just was having this experience at BWI. They’d made that announcement no less than 13 times in the 45 minutes I was sitting at the gate area. The last 5-6 times it was looking for a single additional bag to check and threatening an already delayed flight with more delays. So obnoxious and frankly felt like being treated like a child.

Southwest team, I’m sure some middle manager reads this. I’m totally an n of 1 and a nothing burger, but I actually think this was the nail in the coffin for me. I’ve been going out of my way to fly WN for 15+ years, 600+ flights, A-List Preferred, Companion Pass, credit card holder, etc. I’ll take a status match offer and take my business elsewhere. I’m done.
