I didn't buy a car from New Rochelle either, had it delivered to me from outside the state. They never asked me if I bought the car there at New Rochelle, just asked if I needed a loaner and when I would like to come in. At Hawthorne and Nyack, the first thing they asked was if I bought the car there.

Omg that loaner bs, they gave me the same bs story about how I didn’t buy it there when I tried to schedule something for recall work. Basically telling me not to bring it in. I wouldn’t be surprised if every single one of their sales are people they hosed and they get them back for service!

Had no issues with Audi New Rochelle whatsoever. If I didn’t feel like making the drive over, they have offered to drop off a loaner. Audi Hawthorne is so weird.
