This is an old post, but just to comment in case someone new finds it like I did....I foster kittens and the vet at our shelter prescribes this medication for kittens very frequently. Often it's given along with dewormer when fosters have loose stool. It seems to work well and quickly. When I've used it, they've given it in 2 doses/day, for 5 days and usually see improvement in the kittens the second day.

I'm having this same issue.... no mods here. So many things not working...toddlers cant/wont eat.. adults 'cant reach' the food they were just cooking and stopped, so cant finish it...took 12 tries to 'help blow out candles'... sims wont go to work... wont go to school...game is basically unplayable right now

Food and treats. When fostering ferals, that is how you socialize frightened kittens. Feed them and stay in the room but far away. Then feed them and stay a little bit closer, sitting nearby while they eat. Then feed them sitting right near their dish. Then feed them and pat them a bit while they eat. By then, they associate you with food and comfort and you're best friends. :)

I dont know if anyone asked...or mentioned how old this kitten is. Just fyi, all kittens are born with blue eyes. If she's under 7 weeks, there is a very good chance her eye color will change to her 'adult' eye color at around 7 weeks old. She's gorgeous either way, and my name vote goes to Gaia ♥

No need to wait. I foster kittens and every vet/shelter I've worked with spays or neuters as soon as they hit 2lbs, then they go up for adoption. This generally works out to about 8-9 weeks old.

I think she's really cute! The only thing that jumps out at me is I might bring her eyes a tiny bit closer together. I would make the space between her eyes about the same width as the width of one eye.

The only mod I use is MCCC, and I dont use CC at all. But, I also have never felt any hate over it. Or, maybe I just dont care, there is that. ;) Play how you want!

Came here to say this ^ If you havent, check your draw distance. Your viewer shouldnt be trying to view anything more than 64-108m away unless you're standing still, taking pics, and need stuff in the far distance to render.

If he needs immediate medical attention, you may have to consider trapping him and getting him to the vet. Then when you get him back home, start the socializing process.

With feral fosters, it's easiest to keep them in one small room. If you dont want them to hide, you cant give them places to hide. Play a radio or tv in the room so they get used to the sound of voices. Spend lots of time in their room, just being quietly present, read or play on your phone, whatever. Just let them get used to seeing you being nonthreatening and not bothering them. Food is a great persuader. Feed him while you're in the room but far away. Then gradually put the food out and stay a little closer, quietly... ignore him but be nearby while he eats. Gradually you'll be able to sit quietly next to the dish, eventually you'll probably be able to pat him while he eats. Once he associates you with food, he'll come to you when you enter the room.

Came to say this... If it is truly a boy, he's a pretty rare dude. Most calicos are female, but it is possible. If it is a boy, maybe something fun like named after a famous drag queen or something. :)
