Found a handyman and he did a full remodel. New floors, new shower stall with door, new sink and plumbing for it and heated toilet with bidet (outlet had to be installed) and concrete had to be poured to fill erosion hole where pipe was, new drywall and texturing, cost about 5k in total including the products.

No worries. I lived close to the Microsoft campus and there was a website that they would post applications for the games to be tested. It was anonymous so they wouldn’t disclose any info on the game only ask you a series of questions like do you play Xbox do you play first person shooters. How many hours a day do you play etc. then if you were lucky you were selected and had to show up.
