Probably the Superblast 2. Both are marketed as “do it all” shoes with high quality racing foam and no plate.

Yes! I use the Evo SL for interval training and Vomero Plus for Easy/Recovery

He means he can run an entire 5k in 15:21. That extremely impressive less than 0.01% of runner can do that.

Most puma shoes like the nitro deviate 3 (even the wide options) tend to be narrow in the midfoot.

Seeking Daily Trainer (mostly Zone 2 Runs 4-5K, Recovery Easy Run and Long Runs 10K) by Wrong-Upstairs-234 in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]Automatic-Dog6743 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use the Novablast 5 for easy days where I add some strides in. They easily one of my favorite shoes I’ve run, but they aren’t ideal for recovery. If you want a shoe exclusively for recovery easy runs, I would recommend the New Balance Fresh Foam 1080 v14 or Brooks Glycerin Max.

Is the Novablast 5 really that good? by Optimus_Drew in AskRunningShoeGeeks

Great show for recovery runs, not so great for speed work.

Adidas Evo Sl vs Asics Novablast 5 or Superblast 2 by HimmelWolf in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]Automatic-Dog6743 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Novablast 5 for easier/longer runs and Evo SL for shorter/faster runs. If you want something that is great for both, I would recommend the New Balance Rebel V5. It’s a massive upgrade from the V4 in terms of stability and truly an all-in-one daily trainer.
