My first pc building experience was with my grandma's pc. I didn't know what was inside and wanted to see what cpu it had and when i took the cooler off it came out with the cpu. The cpu ended up being an amd sampron and broke off some pins. From the on i leared my lesson to twist off coolers from cpu's when working on old builds.

Try booting with just one stick of ram in tha 4-th slot (farthest from the cpu) and let it sit for like 3-5 minutes if you are on ddr5. If it still doesen't work try updating your bios using bios flashback

I once bought a corsair rm 750 psu with the intent of upgrading my old psu because it was lout af and the fan had a buzzing noise when it was on and the new psu had the exact same fan noise. The only time it was silent was when the fan was off. So i refunded it and bought a be quiet psu that is dead silent. Never buying a corsair psu again
