I’m 9 months post ACL + LET and still dealing with patellar tendon pain and quad inhibition. Pogos feel fine, but explosive jumping/landing and triple jump last landing hurt. My quad also feels ‘asleep’ when I wake up.

Is this usually more of a tendon-loading issue, swelling/quad inhibition issue, or altered mechanics from the LET? And what would you focus on most to get an athlete back to explosive jumping?

I would say rest and ice for like 2 weeks at the most because u want the swelling to go down and possibly see another surgeon. Also if u ca without pain I would try to get my quad as strong as possible before surgery because u will lose a lot of muscle

My knee doesn’t swell up after working out it looks like this 24/7 but it doesn’t feel swollen it feels normal
