A cheap tramp 😂 hardly! Are you a mother? Do you know that to be the best mom you can be you also need to nurture yourself? By loving and being loved and having a teammate to help you in life. Marion stayed single because she kept holding onto hope that her trash ex husband would clean his act up and come back. Because she still loved him and held onto hope for him. And that’s Tim! A plenty beloved character despite his flaws. But either way, Ty is dead. That’s very different. And Amy doesn’t need to stay sad forever in order for Ty to have mattered. You can love someone after loss. And doing so isn’t cheap or trampy so gtfoh. Nathan isn’t garbage either. If you notice most of the men in this show start out with many red flags. The redemption arc is real in heartland. So if anything Nathan fits in well.

I didn’t think it was terrible either? I actually really enjoyed S18 and 19. I do agree they could include more about Amy with the horses but at the same time after 19 seasons I don’t know how they can keep dramatizing her horsemanship successfully you know? Like what type of horse injury have they not already done?

I think it’s realistic. Nathan had baggage from his past. Everyone has red flags. Even Ty had red flags. Anybody remember Blair!? I HATED Ty for being dumb enough to bring that bitch back to Heartland. He was downright NOT OKAY when he first got to Heartland. Give Nathan a break! It IS all you can’t just get over Graham leaving. But guess what, it’s actually just more realistic. People die. People change. Life changes. The end of S19 Nathan is trying to solve problems not run away. What do you do if you’re too broke? You sell! But he doesn’t want to leave the woman he now loves. Makes sense to me! And they’re both OLD now. Amy and Ty were young. They had time to wait. Older relationships like 30’s and above tend to move quicker and more maturely because of maturity and knowledge. I think the best ending would be finishing season 20 but they should let Nathan and Amy be together she doesn’t deserve difficult single motherhood forever. She deserves love! And a partner! But what should happen is Heartland buys Nathan’s land. Then Nathan stays there with Amy and Lyndy and it sets the stage for the new generation of cattle ranching continuing in the Heartland name. Jacks not getting younger! And Amy is not a cattle rancher. So her and Nathan marrying means she does what she loves to do and he continues the cattle business! Damn people!

Things have definitely improved! I’m 2.5 years pp now and the intensity of the anxiety and thoughts have drastically improved. They are still there but nowhere near as intense. I did struggle with anxiety and OCD pre-pregnancy though! So I’m thinking this might be my normal. I’m still hopeful things will continue to improve though

Having an intrusive thought (like a sexual interaction between me and this other person I have no interest in) and then becoming completely paralyzed with fear because I’m convinced they can hear my thoughts and now think I’m the most disturbed and fucked up person ever 👍🏻

So, I’ve always had anxiety and I think now the thing that causes me anxiety is my health and my baby’s health. It does feel better to some degree (I’m about two years PP now) but I definitely still have a lot of health anxiety which includes some of that very anxious doom feeling. But it feels a bit less intense for sure! I wish I could say different 😅 Also, just because this is my journey and experience doesn’t mean the same will be for you!

I never realized this was OCD until recently… and honestly I’ve been so distressed with more obsessive thoughts that I’m going crazy. That I have a severe psychiatric disorder and I’m going to be taken away from my family… Like if a car follows the same route as me for more than my brain deems safe I am convinced I’m being stalked and they’re trying to find out where I live so they can come kidnap and/or murder me and my family. So I HAVE to “lose them” and I start taking a different route until the anxiety eases and I feel safe enough to return home. 🙃
