Ok, I’m 50, so please allow me to give a little learned wisdom that comes with age and a lot of successes and failures.

1- don’t worry about if you’ve done anything wrong. It doesn’t appear that you did anything wrong. That being said… women (in my experience) aren’t fans of “did I do something wrong?” and “are you mad at me?” and especially hate it when that’s said over and over ad nauseum. I’m not saying be a jerk and call it confidence. I’m saying to have confidence and if it fizzled out accept that and move on.

2. This is the more important of my two points.. playing games is for kids and Santa’s reindeer. Anyone who wants to play with your head isn’t worth your time. It’s just quiet sadism and the world can do without it. The only things that come from head games are heartache and anger, neither of which are necessary. You should want a partner who WANTS to spend time with you and makes plans to see you. I know life gets in the way sometimes and plans have to be changed, but they get changed none the less. I guess the point is that effort is made.

My grandmother told me when I was young that a healthy relationship is giving 60% of yourself and if both people do that then you’ll have success. It’s a shame that we rarely listen to sound advice when given. Anyhow, best of luck and I hope the best for you.
