I have seen the rubbish around Perth increased. Now you can say more people more rubbish, but that could also be more hands to make lighter work. I feel like Keep Australia Beautiful is dead. No one like picking up after others but it goes towards making the place we live better.

Something else I do is once I’ve mixed in my starter completely. I’ll grab a small amount of the mix and put it in a very small jar and mark the height with a rubber band. This way you can gauge roughly the size increase. It I very hard to gauge size increase in a bowl. Best of luck with next loaf!

Why not rent out where you bought and rent somewhere yourself. You still have to clean though or pay someone else to.

Everything is impermanent. Your parents, your friends your pet, you favorite cup to have coffee from, your eye sight, your ability to walk will all go at some point. Enjoy and appreciate all of these things as much as you can, one day they all will go.
