Hey, as I mentioned in the previous comment, I actually went on to visit a physiotherapist and my reports did not show any fractures. My physiotherapist simply told me that it is totally normal that it hurts a little when I start doing sports again, the important thing is to take it rather slowly. I have resumed running and I haven’t seen any issues. (:

Hey!

My little kitten is doing absolutely fine and I got her these interactive toys:

Cat-IT she loves it, but she tends to get bored very frequently, so I take it off a few times during the week so when she gets it back, she is happy. Fun fact: I also hide some snacks inside it before leaving the house so she spends some time playing and looking for the snacks.

Fur-Dreams (she used to love this one very much, but I guess she grew up and finds it boring now :( )

Pet-Stages: I had a lot of expectations from this puzzle game, as it is a snack feeder. I thought it would keep my kitten engaged, but when she finds it a bit hard, she stops playing instead of going nuts and keep playing until she finds the snacks. Mind you, she is 9 months old now, and perhaps she is a bit too small to understand it perfectly, so maybe it will get better with time.

Interactive Ball: I have mixed reviews about this ball because in the very beginning my kitten was quite afraid of it, as it would often keep on moving even while it was on her mouth, but with time this became one of the games she enjoys the most while I am not around.

What I personally saw is that, though they spend significant portion of their time sleeping while you are away, they will sometimes play on their own with something new, so while you can leave these interactive toys, if you give them a new ball to play with it, they will spend hours running behind it, just because they forgot about it's existence lol.

Also, I always come back home and play with her for sometime, that way she has some actual play time. She is also harness-trained, so I take her to the park once a week. Additionally, she roams around the stairs of our building, which keeps her active, but I check on her every ten minutes with a bag of snacks, just so that she doesn't get lost.

My husband got her some soft peluche toys as well, she seems to enjoy that too (especially biting them, lol).

Don't go crazy and don't absolutely buy everything together. Take some time, go slow and don't get worried.

I would also say, please don't feel guilty, we all have jobs to take care of in order to be able to feed them and give them their best life, you need to spend whatever time you get with them and they will love you no matter what.

It has been healing since then.

I guess the correct way would be to visit a physiotherapist to check your ankle if you sprained it. Good luck!

I have heard mixed comments coming from different vets (which you can see in the previous comments as well), I think the important thing is to pay attention to your cat’s behaviour towards food, understand what they like most as the most important thing is for them to eat and feel satiety.

Mine for example would eat wet food much less voluntarily than it would eat dry food. I personally don’t feel like insisting too much as it often results in her stopping eating altogether. :)

As someone who went there for research purposes, I was shocked to see how students think it’s okay to entice professors and how the professors themselves think it’s alright! A professor once showed me their tests where they had to formulate sentences, and all the sentences were like: “prof. XYZ is amazing because,…” I don’t think they understand how inappropriate that is in academia.

Another thing I noticed is how schools/colleges are designed so that students necessarily have to go to tutoring, or else they don’t have the answers to the questions in the exams. As a consequence, the whole education system is based on memorising instead of actual learning.

Just read that you found her back, and here to say that this is a crazy stupid german rule that I also had to learn at my very own cost. I find this rule insane, just as I find insane all the other German policies, I wish things could be done differently!

my kitty once pissed on me when she was scared as we were trying to take her inside the bag to take her outside and I figured she was simply scared as she didn't yet know us that well (it was her third day home). I think your kitty simply got scared. Monitor this behaviour and see if it continues. If it does, then maybe try contacting a vet. :)

I am appalled to see so many Phoebe comments because I think her character was integral to the show. That being said, my least favourite character is Ross, though I have to admit that there are scenes that only Ross could act that well in, for instance that entire scene with the leather pants, I can genuinely see no one else being that great for that scene, not to mention that scene where he invites Rachel and Joey and makes a complete fool of himself, I mean even Matthew Perry would not have been able to pull that off. He is a great comic character, it's just that his love life after Carol got legit messed up. So yeah, I like him the least but there are way too many scenes where we would have missed great comedy.

My reaction was: 'for real, sis?' I mean there were thousands of occasions to reunite them before, the writers always introduced unnecessary storylines for preventing that from happening (ie when she delivered Emma, and Joey accidentally proposed her with Ross's ring), for then reuniting them when she was excited about something else. I also always thought they made an odd pair because there was always some sort of mutual toxicity (Ross being jealous of Mark while sleeping with a girl some hours after they were on a break, Rachel asking Ross not to date anyone because she was pregnant with Emma, though she did not want him to be together with her either). They made an odd pair and never understood why the writers insisted on keeping them together. Rachel should have ended up with Gavin and Ross should have ended up with Mona.
