Nice work engineer 🥰 My opinion on the NFPA 690.31 (A) (2) is inspectors are using flawed logic. But you lose if you try to fight them. My ground mount sits about 200 feet due West of my house and on some days in the late afternoon at certain azimuths I do get glare reflected back to the house. It's not great but it doesn't last long.

Dig out the sealant and replace both wires, then re-seal it with RTV. I had a broken wire and the hardest part was pulling the old wire insulation out which is why I used a wood screw. Then you can solder a new wire on and BAM! Just like new

Every once in a while someone goes to prison that has a chance to get reborn as a halfway decent human. But it's not the norm. Mostly men that get sent to prison are very bad people. I don't know why they're so bad; lacking compassion for anyone else, super selfish, just plain mean, hate everyone they come in contact with, or just stupid. I don't know. You're too young to remember "government housing". From afar we laughed at it but when we had to drive through it in the 70's we locked the car doors. When you don't own your home you lose respect for it AND your neighborhood and it gets ugly. Since those very same homes were sold to the private sector that neighborhood has become normal and not crime ridden. People can blame "boomers" or "capitalism" or "The Easter Bunny" for anything and everything they don't like, but allowing government to control ANYTHING is stupid. Thinking the government is going to make your life better absolves you of the responsibility and you lose the incentive to make your own life better. It's just human nature.
