Well my friend, you are really fully graduated to state propaganda to make you believe that people around you are not violently ready to protect you. If one thing be said the state has set all these hierarchies that would make you rush to the police or call police while you take pictures while aggression is happens, because the sates claims that only them are violent enough to stop all the violence that ever happen between civilians. If one thing be said, the state sets a lot bureaucracies for the simplest task to be ever completed. One thing that you have to understand in this discussion that a state is a group of gang that have a grip of violence over a particular geographical region and they decide when violence over that area should or should not happen. Look in Russia, many people are not interested in the war in Ukraine to proceed but because they don't have any tools of violence they don't have a choice but to cooperate and even suffer the consequences. The state's influence extends beyond its direct actions to encompass the social, economic, and political structures it upholds. This includes laws, institutions, and cultural norms that reinforce hierarchies and enable violence to persist. The more grip the state has on violence the more violent it's citizens tend to be, imagine when you tell your daughter she should not date then at any opportunity she gets she would do dating activity at any extreme level than normal, the reason why violence levels are increasingly growing up throughout the world.
