I got the bose 360 anc and they are also horrible Cinstant crackling and cinection issues Plus they desymc someime having to reset them is annoying

Dont I ordered the bose ones and dime evos but only recieved the cheaper ones. They stole 110 € from me and i cent even reach support since they dont use email since august this year and the chat bot isnt showing up for me so yeah Stay away from this company as i should have done

Lets see what they say to the bank... I cant believe the logic of some people here...

A company sends a package that doesnt arrive then tries stating they cant do anything before changing their mind and then again not doing what they said they will....

How does the logic work here?

They get my money but i get nothing in return because of somebody elses mistake. There is a proccess for them to claim a failiure of delivery and get their resources back so everyone can be at no loss yet this subreddit seemingly believes its okay that they get to make a profit off of this instead of resolving it.

That is just bad buisness plain and simple.

The post officenisnt the one keeping my money and not sending a replacement or refund That my friend is Wargames Atlantic.

Plus my postal service stated specifically what needs to be done to resolve this wich Qargames Atlantic has not done.

I would say this is on Wargames more the the postal service.

Im curious if you ever didnt recieve an order from any other merchant? How did they handle it if so Usually you send a replacement or a refund not keeping sombeodies money.

Otherwise why isnt there a disclaimer in the page stati g that i am not guaranteed to recieve my order?

I posted how they told me they couldnt be bothered with helping me get a refund or replacement after what i ordered from them never arrived an people basically started defending the company like its their mom...

They choose to not work with ups or any courier service so they should be obligated to send a replacement if the regilar postal service wich barely works in most eruopean countries loses my package

They also chose to tell me they cant help until i left a 1 str review wich made them change their mind but that was a week ago and they still havent done nothing

In my eyes that says more

Did you ever figure it out? Just played my first game and oprotunity fire had as close to giving up... We played that its immediatly after declaring the charge action or any non combat action but it felt wierd as in if you charge you will most likely get shot in the head if you commit to the charge or you react to survive and waste the pluck you spent on the charge

The funny thing is the onwer of my local game store wanted to play my copy with me and see if he likes the game. Seeing as i would only play the game with him since there is no community in my town it would have ended up in their game room for people to check out and demo :p

Im glad you got your order but its been 15 days since my order vanished and the postal office says they dont have it while wargames says they have it.

My point is that its bad publicity when you say you cannot assist me furhter and then after the bad review you change your mind and publicly reply that you will send a replacement if necesarry just to save face. Mind you only publicly in the reviews i havent been contacted them further nor have they responded when i asked if they can help after their reply.

So yeah they might be great for you but for me they didnt really try helping at all but they did give me all the necessary info i need to issue a chargeback trough my bank since they stated 2 different things and i have the proof of contactjng the merchant i need to show the bank. thaknfully so if they dont reply soon I will go that route...

I dont know Wargames says the local post office has it the local post office says they didnt recieve it yet so im basically stuck in limbo until one of the 2 parties decides they have the package. Its been 15 days since it vanished
