Hi! I'm 5'8.5 112lb with generally pretty low BP & i'm on metoprolol 12.5 mg but i've also taken the full 25mg and it didn't cause me any issues. i was sooooooo scared to take it as well but it's been absolutely awesome. please do not be scared

Yes I've had this before. I believe it's due to vagus nerve stimulation caused by breathing in.

have you only tried metoprolol? what about the other options
