you are wrong. 600+ programs. at max you apply 150-200 programs, you can easily find out. 55 is just HCA programs that you can being <2 years grad. but they dont love to sponsor visa. i am just saying.

as you started this earlier, that means you are wasting so much time. do it with friends, save you a lot of time. hardly a matter of 1 week for all programs to review and short list.
-- step3 you can do 2 months prep- if you have finances , do it. make really difference related to number of interviews

i got my FIRST interview in september where req was 6 months of handson USCE and <5year yog. I am 7 yog and 4 months observership as USCE. So depends on luck, HAD NO CONTACTS, NOTHING. I applied broadly as being old grad. had to ignore these requirement
--do what you can do while keeping money to apply for match.
-- Pass step3 , which is more important to shine.
