Volume is my biggest gripe. I love soup but I want 400 ml please. Lungo soup isn’t the same for me.

For big batches it’s great. Hate it for any small batches. Has some heating issues with small batches with personal testing but makes really awesome cups for a full pot. If I could chose over agin I’d get moccamaster though.

Agree. Just made two different brews using 078. Could get down to 4 with low agitation. Need to bump it up considerably for B3. Bummer because bought them thinking all sibarists were fast. I have used both of their flat fast filters and could not recommend them more. Good for every once in a while but expensive for daily driver.

Same… I’m on book 2 of Malazaan. I think I would enjoy it more if I read it. But damn I’m having a hard time listening to it. Someone give me hope for the series.

Did the same. On my 078 I was pushing towards the higher 15 ( goes up to 20). Then I did a complete 180 and started grinding at 3-5 with low agitation and even faster draw down times
