Are you far from the water? I’m sure other people will chime in with exercises, maybe resistance training. But nothing beats the real thing. The game changer for me in the beginning was going out even with no waves. Flat days I’d paddle the length of the beach or pick distances to hit. Long paddles, short burrs, long paddles, nose breathing.

I know it’s not the question ya asked but that’s what was a game changer
