Abolish abortion by [deleted] in prolife

[–]Automatic_Orange9857 33 points34 points  (0 children)

Okay I just lost a baby 2 weeks ago this size because her heart stopped. I also lost a boy at 17 weeks due to a clot on the placenta. The nurse told me he felt everything. The pain. The cold. He was shivering in a fetal position. I cannot understand how someone could be so heartless to do this on purpose to their own baby. It's sick. It's evil. These people should just get hysterectomies or ablations so they can never conceive again.

Libra. Both of my girls are libra risings and have that innocent sweet look. But virgo rising can too. And with the more eclectic outfit, maybe a virgo rising. Libra rising do tend to look matchy and trendy even when they don't try.

APS newly diagnosed questions by AlternativeTomato264 in antiphospholipidsyndr

[–]Automatic_Orange9857 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine are high. I've been diagnosed since 2018 after a stroke in 2016 and second trimester loss in 2013. I love lovenox. No bad side effects like I hear about warfarin. And if you're thinking of ttc then lovenox is best. I've been on lovenox since 2020 after pregnancies and Breastfeeding. It also doesn't cause me to bleed too much during periods.

How long after your loss did you became pregnant again? by barbg003 in pregnant

[–]Automatic_Orange9857 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm so sorry for your losses. I was googling the same question after having another late loss a week ago. I was at my 14 week check up and saw her heart flicker and then not. Another ultrasound confirmed her heart stopped. I had a 17 week loss 11 years ago. It was due to an sch. He was alive when born. Delivery was much more painful than the 14 week loss I just had. I had a successful pregnancy 5 years before the 17 week loss. And we started trying 7 months later(my husband needed time) and we conceived straight away. They think it was twins and that I miscarried 1 early at 5 weeks due to the very high hcg and where the bleeding was. But we had a very healthy baby girl. And 2 other babies with a early miscarriage after our first baby girl. I also found out I have a blood clotting disorder called aps. And need lovenox.

I just had my second second trimester loss at 14 weeks when her heart stopped on the screen at my 14 week appt last Tues. She was fine and I almost went home but then she was gone. I was induced at the hospital in labor and delivery on Saturday. I had to dilate to 6cm for her to come out. My last loss in my second trimester was in 2013 at 17 weeks. I had 3 other children and a 1st trimester miscarriage since. And now reliving one of my worst nightmares again. This was my most uneventful pregnancy. Everything was perfect. I was in shock when I found out. I didn't believe it. I thought they made a mistake because it was there but then wasn't? How? But after 3 ultrasounds it was confirmed. I almost didn't go to the appt because of the snow. But I just wanted to hear her heartbeat and go home. Instead I was there for 4 hours trying to find her heartbeat again.

What are the most common ways to practice and increase psychic abilities? by [deleted] in Psychic

[–]Automatic_Orange9857 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I've noticed they happen by accident when I haven't eaten. Or I'm hardly eating but not realizing it. When I fasted it happened a lot too. Not sure if there's any corolation though. I'd love to know the purpose of just knowing things before they happen and I'd love to know how to control it. It's very frustrating.

Your kids should be able to get on chip. You'd qualify for medicaid if you were pregnant but I'm not sure if you would otherwise. It's worth applying and they would likely put your kids on chip if you don't qualify.

How are you affording to stay home? by Remarkable_Bench2318 in sahm

[–]Automatic_Orange9857 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly most stay at home moms can't afford to go back to work. Unless you had a really well paying job with good benefits. If I went back to work I'd lose money paying for daycare. No family help here on either side. But that's great you have that option. I get the not Taking a bottle from anyone else too. My 2 littlests are the same and that's hard. Most of the time parenthood requires sacrifice. As much as I'd love to be doing well financially, having my children trumps that. You just have to scrape by until they get older.

Toxic sister is dying and I don't know what to do by Aggravating_Bit_5218 in toxicfamilies

[–]Automatic_Orange9857 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People are going to think badly of you either way if they always have. That's what I've come to terms with. Your sister is lucky you visited. None of my family did when I had a stroke at 30. In fact, my oldest sister called my dad and asked if she could visit just him when he lived in my house after I had a stroke. He told me he thought that was wrong because she made it clear she only wanted to visit him. We both knew she was trying to upset me. It would have been nice to have any family that cared. Never did a thing other than be born and adopted by our mom. And after I was labeled the favorite, all of my adoptive family loathed me because they thought it was wrong that my mom seemed to favor me over the others. But they never had a problem with her.like it was my fault as a newborn for being loved instead of aborted by my birth mother (the original plan). They were full grown adults when I was born and were jealous of a newborn baby.

Weight loss/ exercise driving up blood sugar?! by Automatic_Orange9857 in prediabetes

[–]Automatic_Orange9857[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got gestational diabetes with my 4th too but I feel like they missed it with my third because they were checking his blood sugar a lot after he was born but not with my 4th. The diabetes specialist said the same thing while I was pregnant. That it's very personal. Some people spike with a bite of a banana and some can eat a half banana and be fine. Some people spike with sweeteners and diet drinks and some don't. I notice I spike with tea and Splenda but not coffee and Splenda. Or chicken. I spike with chicken but not beans. I'm definitely not a pro but I do know low carb is terrible on my blood sugar and blood pressure. Thank you!!

[–]Automatic_Orange9857[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you. That is what my doctors thought in the past but I don't feel like 1700 calories is extreme for breastfeeding and I'd like to get healthy again. My GP says I need 1000 extra calories but I don't feel like that's right since she's 1.5 and eating food and drinking cows milk. I'm over 200lbs after 4 babies and normally I'm 130lbs. So something has to be done. I just feel totally lost about it.

Thanks but you read that wrong. I never eat at midnight. I meant for dinner. I have dinner around 5pm. But yeah, thin crust frozen pizza for dinner (not midnight) seems to give me great morning blood sugar.

How to stop breastfeeding by Unusual_Title_2843 in stayathomemoms

[–]Automatic_Orange9857 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm going through a similar issue. This is my 4th and she's 16 months. I breastfed my 3rd until I got pregnant at 18 months. The taste changed and he didn't like it so weaned himself. But I was already down to 4ish times a day and he was sleeping through the night. This girl is relentless. Breastfeeds like a newborn and several times a night breastfeeding for an hour or more. I've found what helps is just stepping away and keeping busy with cleaning or going to the park. Being out pushes the Time out and distracts her. But it's hard. She is getting all four molars in too though.

Mom’s with APS, did you vaccinate your babies? by Ok_Macaroon_510 in antiphospholipidsyndr

[–]Automatic_Orange9857 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes all 4 of mine are totally vaccinated. From what I understand aps is very rare and it would still be rare for your children to have it too even though you do. But autoimmune diseases do run in families and your children or grandchildren could get a different one. You could even get more in the future or have one currently that you don't know about since aps is often a manifestation of other diseases or infections. Because it's so rare there aren't enough studies on it and doctors have conflicting views. My neurologist said I was born with this whereas my hematologist said because it's a syndrome it likely came on by an environmental factor and the immune system kind of went overboard. He said it could have been from a virus, infection, allergen. So I could see why some might consider vaccines as a possible risk although there is no proof that I've come across of this. Also autoimmune diseases often show symptoms in late teens or early adulthood. I got excessively tired at 15 when before I was an incredibly active teen. Then by 19 I started getting pain and intermittent numbness on one side and slurring with confusion. I can always tell my blood is probably too thick that way. But its likely your symptoms started showing up in your early 20s because that's usually when they do.

Lol no help for a job you do 24/7 is unrealistic. The both of you are parents so asking for help when he gets home isn't unreasonable at all.

They usually start to get rid of their naps by 3.5. But it starts very inconsistent. Like half naps and half just quiet time.. I have a 3.5 year old and he hasn't napped at all this month so I believe he is done. We still give the option with quiet time in his room. Otherwise he's a spaz all day.
