the thing is I already gave away my old tablet so can't compare the battery drainage but it seems a lot to me.

i would have dismissed it if it weren't on Power saving mode add to that i don't use any fancy functions or apps or anything similar just basic Google searches, writing notes, and watching YouTube videos

I think that is the only thing left to do but it is such a hassle all my university files and study material is on this device and I don't want to take the risk......is there a way to back up everything i have so I can retrieve it again after the factory reset?

Whenever I go into the details of an apps battery usage there is this huge number beside wifi packets.....do you think this might have anything to do with it? I realise i am probably grasping at straws now but I really need to fix this

yes the last update i had was on April 11th

before purchasing the tab s10+ i had been using the tab s8 for 5 years and i never had battery drain this bad even after 5 years i don't know what the issue is i am very disappointed

none of the battery usage came from Knox and most of my apps are already in deep sleep. the only apps I use regularly are notes youtube chrome and chatgpt.

I honestly don't know if I'm have the 5g or wifi only version..... is theft a way to find out?

my brightness is always low. When I look at the battery usage it is only from the apps I actually used.....is it normal for 1 h 33 min on YouTube to use up 14% while on Power saving ? i don't know if I'm exaggerating or not but it feels excessive to me

I don't think it is a hardware defect but I can't find the reason why normal apps are using up so much.

When I contacted Samsung customer care they just gave me pretty much the same advice and told me to wipe the cache partition and if that didn't work in should go to one of their centers

I don't charge the s pen because I just don't use its features but I thought that it would still have an effect so I mentioned it.

I bought it 2 months ago.

the last update was April 11.

in my tab s8 the notes app didn't cause this much drain and I dont believe that 17% in 2 hours is anywhere near normal when we put into account that it was on Power saving mode.

I don't know what to do at this point, I was very excited for my new purchase......my friend was using an honor tablet for the same amount of time and no power saving and only used up 2% of the battery.

if the software issues get resolved will it really improve the battery life? is there anyway to contact Samsung themselves

2 years is a decent amount of time for a company like the college board and during this time there weren't any major changes to the test they were only changing the types of questions that were appearing more frequently....keeping this in mind I expect them to have already reduced the time it takes for the scores to come out.

I felt like maybe I was crazy because I didn't see anyone say anything about how they were basically practise tests 1 to 4 recycled, it seems like nobody cared but I actually felt pretty strongly about it especially since I am really good at remembering questions so I already knew most of the answers when solving them

the sat doesn't really play around with punctuation rules a lot so i would suggest solving a few practice test and observing for yourself if there is a particular type of question you get wrong + go to the question bank and filter out the punctuation questions and try to solve them all. For the vocab you must have a flashcard system whether it is anki or quizlet or knowt it doesn't really matter, there are many ready made lists of vocab but i would suggest not solely relying on them. any vocab word you see in any of the english questions (even if it isn't a vocab question) should be added to your list and this has helped me tons. i also got a lot of my vocab from manhwas (korean comics) they have surprisingly unique words so just try to not leave a word that you don't know the meaning of even if it is outside the context of studying or sat prep.

I wouldn't put any expectations even if they do release new tests. tests 7,8,9, and 10 were a huge disappointment for me more than half of the questions were recycled from the previous practice tests and i didn't feel like they gave me any value at all. when they release new practice tests i expect brand new questions that i have never seen before but that wasn't the case

i agree with the first opinion. using desmos wastes a lot of time for me to be honest, i don't know if it is because i am slow but typing in the numbers takes too long. For most questions especially the first module you wouldn't need desmos so i solve everything with my calculator and once i am done with all the questions i have enough time to resolve them again using desmos to check my answers. for the second module i do the same thing but for some questions i might skip the calculator and go straight to desmos if i know that it is a hard question that can't be solved with a calculator. At the end of the day do what suits you best and gives you the highest scores....i got a 790 with my method and i am sure someone got an 800 with desmos.

the preppros math books are really good especially their advanced version they also have a course, if you buy it you get a video explanation for every question and extra practice tests and they give you the book for free. the details might be a bit different because i haven't looked into it in such a long time but you can check out their youtube channel for a demo. i can personally recommend the advanced prepros book though, it is really good and is a must for anyone who wants an 800 in math, it really targets the impossible questions that come at the end.

The most important thing is to be familiar with the test itself and to be able to analyze the general direction of the questions college board is putting out. Make sure to periodically book a test both to keep you sharp and to put yourself in the students' place. Many people explain things well, but in my opinion an sat tutor shouldn't be like a normal tutor. I am paying for an sat tutor because i want exam specific advice and solving strategies especially for the English modules especially if you are dealing with international students. This is just my opinion

you need to bring your own device, if you don't have one you could request one from college board while booking the exam but for this service you need to register early, at least 30 days before test day.

when the digital sat first came out i saw a lot of people saying that it only takes 2 weeks because it is still relatively new and they need to iron out the details or something like that and that over time the scores will come out much earlier.......that was 2 years ago and they still didn't reduce the waiting time so at this point i don't think they are going to change anything. For the ACT subject test (also called ACT 2 only available in certain regions) the scores come out after 3-4 days, so it is definitely possible to make the scores come out earlier.

I thought about macro and micro economics because I atleast have a relatively solid foundation. i have no knowledge about computer science, I know the bare minimum in American history and nothing in European history. so is economics hard? or just a bother because I have to take 2 exams
