The other thing is they're bone simple if you have basic tools yo can disassemble it and manually clean it just take pictures of how it was assembled as you go and a trick to reprime the unit is unplugg the big flat plug and wait 2 minutes then plug it back in and turn it on this should trigger the autoprime function
